Kalvin Apartments

We opened our apartments in Budapest in February 2004. The studio apartments are located in the city centre of Budapest at Kalvin Square close to River Danube, in a multi-flat house on the corner of the road leading to the Ferihegy - Budapest international airport. Main tourist sights of Budapest are within reach (the National Museum and Museum of Applied Arts are just a few metres away) by the nearby public transportation facilities. Vaci Street (the traditional pedestrian zone of Budapest) is just a few minutes walk away. The Gellert Bath is 2 tram stops away. The neighbouring area (as many other places in Budapest) is famous for its cafés, shops and restaurants (Raday street).

Windows of the studio apartments (ca. 30 sqm in size) have a view onto the street. Each apartment has two beds or a double bed for 2. Air-conditioned studios (for a small surcharge) and non-smoking rooms are available upon early request. The apartments were designed along the same internal architecture principles; so despite the slight differences each apartment mostly offer the same space and comfort.

The apartment is equipped with: ADSL internet connection, TV-set, air-conditioner (surcharged), radio with alarm clock, kitchenette with: refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee/tea machine, pots and pans, electric hob (hot plate, cooking place), bathroom (shower, hair-dryer). We supply bed linen, sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, iron and ironing board in your studio apartment. Washing machine is not placed in the apartment but available upon request in the laundry room.

In all rooms we provide wireless and in some rooms wired internet (ADSL) connection to your own notebook. Non-smoking room, baby cot and washing machine are available on request.

We are in the very centre of Budapest at Kalvin Square in Üllői Street (unfortunately we cannot provide parking places). If you travel by the following vehicles you can be sure that you find a stop (Kalvin Square) very close to our apartment. Metro 3, tram 47, 49 and with a short walk tram 2 (by River Danube), 4 and 6, bus 9 and 15 and trolley 83.
