The village and its suburb has great historical heritage. With the help of the recently opened tourist route you have the chance to get known the history of the village. Veszprém, Balatonfüred, Tihany and the sights of the coast of Lake Balaton are marvellous places to go to spend your time in leisure and pleasure. It is a nice program for the whole family to have a day in a thermal spa bath, which can be reached in a short time by car. The nearby facilities obtain good sport and free-time activities, you can spend your time with biking, outings, horse riding, fishing and going to the beaches. From the lookout tower of the village in nice weather the sight is amazing from the Eastern coast of the lake to Tihany and you can see even Siófok on the Southern coast. Apart from the picturesque countriside you are amazed by a wide range of opportunities.

In Veszprém County there are four wine-growing regions, so if you are a wine fun, you can spend your time walking in the hills and going to wine-cellars. You can find tasty white wines in Csopak-Balatonfüred, Badacsony, Somló and delicious red wine in Tihany.

We have to mention the Abbey of Tihany with its historical memorials and its cultivated environment. By car you can travel easily to Budapest, Keszthely, Hévíz or Zirc, Gyôr and Pannonhalma.
